Xtream Codes login failed? Find which kind of failure it is
Bring your own sources: MIRA Player provides no channels, movies or content. You connect sources you already have the right to use. MIRA does not ask for, and you should never send us, your provider password.
First: portal login is not playlist login
An Xtream-style connection uses three things from your provider: a server address (host/portal URL), a username, and a password. That is different from an M3U playlist URL, which is one long link. Entering an M3U link as a “server,” or entering a portal web-page address instead of the API address your provider gave you, will fail.
Check in this order
- Copy the server address exactly as your provider gave it, including http/https and any port. Do not add a trailing page name from their website.
- Re-type username and password on a device where you can see errors; check caps, spaces pasted at the end, and keyboard autocorrect on TV remotes.
- 401 (unauthorized): the server reached, but the username/password was rejected — wrong, changed, or expired login. Confirm in your provider panel if the account is active.
- 403 (forbidden): the server refused this connection. That can mean the account is blocked, the provider limits simultaneous connections/IPs, or the address is wrong. Do not keep retrying rapidly; check your provider's connection limit and wait.
- Timeout / cannot connect: network, provider outage, or a wrong host/port. Try once on another network if you can; if every device fails the same way, contact the provider.
- Worked before, stopped now: ask whether the provider changed the server address, your password, or your expiry date. Expired accounts often fail exactly like a wrong password.
What not to do
Do not share your password in a public post or send it to MIRA support. Do not try logins sold or posted by strangers, and do not attempt to bypass a provider's connection or expiry limits — fix the account with the provider instead.
FAQ
Is my Xtream password the same as my provider website password?
Often not. Use the IPTV username/password your provider issued for player apps.
Why does it work on my phone but not my TV?
Check the TV's typed address character by character, its network, and your provider's simultaneous-connection limit.
What should I tell support?
Device, source type, the exact error/number (401, 403, timeout), and when it last worked — never the password itself.
