We collect only what is necessary to operate your account and provide the player service: your email address, encrypted credentials for your IPTV and debrid sources, and basic usage metrics (e.g., which features you use) to improve the product.
We do not sell or share your data with any third party. MIRA stores per-profile watch progress, watchlists, and viewing history solely to power Continue Watching, cross-device sync, and your personal recommendations — this data is never sold or used for third-party advertising, and you can clear it or delete your account at any time via support. Your subscription details are encrypted at rest.
Your IPTV playlist URLs, Xtream codes credentials, and debrid API keys are stored encrypted on our servers. We use industry-standard encryption and do not have access to your provider login details in plaintext.
We retain account data while your account exists. Cancelling renewal does not itself delete the account. You can request account deletion at miraplayer.tv/account/delete/; support verifies account ownership and communicates the timing before completing the request. Limited records may be retained when required by law or for fraud prevention.
