DMCA & Takedown Policy

MIRA provides no content

MIRA Player is a media player for user-supplied sources. We do not host, provide, sell, curate, index, or distribute channels, movies, shows, playlists, streams, torrents, or media files. Users connect their own sources and are responsible for ensuring they are authorized to access them.

Copyright takedown notices

If you believe material available through a MIRA-controlled website or service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice".

Because MIRA Player does not provide content, many content complaints belong with the source provider, host, or website that actually publishes the material. If your notice identifies a MIRA-controlled page, account, listing, or other material we can act on, we will review it promptly.

What to include

  • Your name, organization if applicable, mailing address, phone number, and email.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The specific MIRA-controlled URL, account, listing, or material you want reviewed.
  • A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter notices

If material you control was removed or disabled and you believe the action was a mistake, email [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Counter Notice". Include the removed material, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, consent to jurisdiction where required by the DMCA, and your signature.

Repeat-infringer policy

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly misuse MIRA-controlled services for infringing activity, subject to appropriate investigation and applicable law.
