By downloading, installing, or using the MIRA Player application (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Software. MIRA Player may update this Agreement at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
MIRA Player grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control for your household under one active subscription, subject to fair-use and concurrent-stream limits we may publish in-app or in these Terms. Commercial redistribution, resale, or multi-household sharing is prohibited.
The Software is provided "as is" under this license. No rights beyond those expressly granted are conveyed.
MIRA Player is offered as an annual subscription. The current price is $20.00 USD per year ("Subscription Fee"). This fee covers use of the Software and any updates or new features released during the active subscription period.
You will pay the Subscription Fee through the payment method provided by the applicable app store (Google Play Store, direct website purchase, or other distribution platform) at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew for successive one-year periods unless you cancel before the renewal date.
MIRA Player includes a 14-day money-back guarantee for new annual subscriptions purchased directly through our website. If you are not satisfied, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the subscription fee to the original payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the purchase channel; cancellation stops future renewal and does not remove access already paid for during the active term. After the 14-day guarantee window, refunds are not prorated unless required by applicable law or separately approved by MIRA Player.

MIRA Player does not host, provide, or curate any video, audio, or other media content.
The Software is a player and aggregator tool only. You are solely responsible for providing your own content sources and for ensuring that your use of any content through the Software complies with all applicable laws.
MIRA Player does NOT provide any IPTV streams, media files, or content playlists. MIRA Player is NOT responsible for the quality, legality, or availability of any content you access through the Software.
The Software, including all source code, object code, user interface design, graphics, text, and accompanying documentation, is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "MIRA Player" name and logo are trademarks. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
MIRA Player may terminate or suspend your license and access to the Software at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Upon termination your license ends immediately and you must cease all use of the Software.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. MIRA Player SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF MIRA Player FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $20.00 USD IF NOTHING WAS PAID).
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages; these limitations may in part not apply in your jurisdiction.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
What we collect — briefly. MIRA Player collects only what it needs to operate your subscription and keep your streams playing: your email (for account recovery), your subscription status, and minimal telemetry about which features work and which don't (so we can fix them).
We do not sell your data or use your library to run ads. To power product features (Continue Watching, watchlist, recommendations), MIRA stores per-profile progress and history on your account. You can clear history in-app where available, and you can request account deletion at any time. Stream content itself comes from your sources — we do not sell channels or movies.
We use standard analytics (e.g. GA4) on our website for aggregate traffic metrics. The app uses crash-reporting telemetry (e.g. Logcat errors) that identify no personal information.
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except payment processors (who handle billing per their own privacy policies).

Our marketing site uses essential cookies and Google Analytics 4 (property G-NRKPJNZ1LY) for aggregate traffic measurement. We do not use third-party advertising cookies to retarget you across the web from this site today. You can block analytics via browser controls; essential cookies may still be required for basic navigation.
